I want to uninstall IDM. How should I do this?

If you want to uninstall IDM, refer to Windows documentation to see how to uninstall programs. Usually you should go to "Start→Programs→Internet Download Manager→Uninstall IDM" for Windows XP or "Start→All Programs→Internet Download Manager→Uninstall IDM" for Windows 7. Uninstall is 100% working.

Alternatively, you may run "Uninstall.exe" file from "C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager" folder.

If it also does not work, download and run www.promotioncode2013.com/commerce/Uninstall.exe file and then just delete IDM folder if it still exists. If it still does not work, try to restart your computer in safe mode and repeat these actions.

If it still does not help, maybe you have damaged something when you tried to remove IDM manually. You should try to install IDM back and then uninstall it again as described above.
